It's Not Successful Unless It Excites -- Everyone
 
Our approach to strategic solutions is both iterative and organic. We develop the strategies and tactics through four phases:
 
The Brief.  You tell us the issue, introduce the internal team, provide all the relevant data and give us access to conduct one-on-one interviews with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, research and development, agency partners and select trade constituencies
 
Consumer Insight Development. We work with key partners to discover and explore unmet consumer needs. We use a variety of non-traditional tactics, including hypnosis and ideation session with key targets in order to surface the need-behind-the-need, the Emotional Content of the proposition
 
Analogous Expertise. We then build on these crucial opportunity areas with best-in-class thinkers. We identify the strategic opportunties and bring together groups of executives with analogous expertise: They have solved these issues but in a parallel universe, so the result is never "me-too" thinking, but breakthrough and yet proven tactics
 
Organization Will. At each stage in the process, we return
to the core team, share the findings and build new thinking and approaches based on its expertise, as well as barriers and enablers. We take the resulting propositions back to consumer and analogous experts, via one-on-one interviews to determine the relevance and differentiation of each potential initiative
 
Each assignment is custom-made: Each takes between three and four months to complete
